Where Honesty Never Ends.
Greetings everyone! The Unleashed One here, to share my 2016 Year in Review.
At first, I was going to do “Best”, “Worst” and “On the Fence”, but I had so many that were in the latter two categories, it would be hard to narrow them down. Therefore, “Best” it is.
No books got a perfect score from me in 2016, which is a first. However, here are the three which came the closest. To check out the reviews I did for each of these, please click on the book covers.
The book that scored the highest was Disaster Handbook by Robert Brown Butler. This book was well illustrated, informative, and entertaining. It gets one well prepared in whatever crises one encounters. I scored it 9.5 out of 10.
Next in line is Choices by Pnina Baim. This is a heartwarming story of a young lady who went through some tough obstacles. It is a great read that mirrors endurance and the light at the end of the tunnel. It received 8.5 out of 10 from me.
Cherries in the Snow by Jonathan Douglas Duran spoke to my love for horror and symbolic storytelling. It is a very eclectic read and not meant for all, yet it was those elements that made this work score high marks. It tied with Choices, ranking in at 8.5 out of 10.
Thanks for checking out The Unleashed One’s year in review. Have a wonderful day!
